OUROBOROS
Selected Artworks

In its deepest essence, this collection embodies the eternal return of the Ouroboros, that cosmic serpent that devours its own tail, a universal symbol of perpetual regeneration. Magnani reinterprets this ancestral archetype through a visual language that blends tradition and contemporaneity, transforming each work into a microcosm of layered meanings.
This dialogue between ancient and modern reflects the very nature of the Ouroboros: present in Egyptian papyri as well as in Norse sagas, in Vedic texts as much as in modern theories of cosmic cyclicity. Jung recognized it as a representation of the self-regenerating psyche, while contemporary physicists see in it a metaphor for the pulsating universe.
