La ricerca di Enrico Magnani si concentra sul simbolo, scomposto, indagato, interpretato, offerto alla propria idea di arte. Croce, quadrato e cerchio, Sole e Luna, cromatismi di opposta valenza espressiva, dal rosso al nero, ricreano l’Universo sulla tela, che non è solo immagine del reale, ma soprattutto specchio interiore dell’anima e della spiritualità dell’Uomo. Un’arte a volte ‘complessa e difficile’, ma per questo ancora più affascinante perchè costringe al pensiero, al raffronto con il mistero del sacro e del terreno, ad una antropologica e semiologica, interpretativa visione della storia. Per Magnani l’arte deve indurre alla riflessione, alla crescita interiore e personale, deve suscitare interrogativi e dare risposte, quasi una scienza... immersa nella creatività.

Enrico Magnani’s research is focusing on the symbol, decomposed, investigated, interpreted, and offered to his own idea of art. Cross, square, and circle, sun and moon, chromatic effects of opposite expressive value, from red to black, they create the universe on the canvas, that is not only an image of the real world, but about all an inner mirror for the soul and the spirituality of the man. An art, sometimes, complex and difficult, but for this reason even more captivating because it forces to thinking, to facing with the mystery of the sacred and the terrestrial, to an anthropological and semiological, interpretative vision of the history. For Magnani, art must lead to reflection, to personal inner development; it must rouse questions and give answers, quite a science… immerged in creativity.
